Meet Yusuf
Raised in Tucson, AZ, Yusuf is an entrepreneur that initially focused his efforts in real estate, investing in his first property while still in college. He has a unique perspective having lived abroad in Europe, Asia and Latin America, as well as in Alaska where he became a licensed private pilot.
Yusuf has been a principal in various investment projects ranging from single family to multi-unit properties. He has helped numerous residential buyers and sellers, has worked on several local development projects, and has assisted investors in acquiring multi-family and other commercial assets. Dedicated to innovation and sustainability, Yusuf helped bring to market Texas’ first net-zero capable community consisting of 40 single family homes incorporating many efficiencies including photovoltaic and passive solar design.
Yusuf continually seeks to improve his skillset and increase his real estate knowledge. He holds a residential Broker’s license and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), both held by less than 5% of real estate agents. Outside of work, Yusuf has survived the unrelenting Tarrytown hills of the Austin Marathon a few times, swam across a choppy Decker Lake then rode his bike in a seemingly endless headwind to finally cross the finish line on foot in the Longhorn Half Ironman, and is an avid rock climber who often falls off cliffs downtown in the Greenbelt.
Yusuf considers himself a member of the global community, and feels fortunate to be a part of the local one as well. He loves all that Austin has to offer, from tasty eateries, to local swimming holes like Barton Springs, great weather, the live music, and an incredible array of good, friendly folks. Yusuf is here to stay.
