In May 2024, I proudly joined Revel Property Group of eXp Realty, as a driven and enthusiastic partner. Our team at Revel boasts decades of collective experience in the real estate sector, guiding countless clients through the intricacies of buying and selling properties. I am eager to expand my expertise and knowledge base to assist more clients in experiencing the profound benefits of homeownership.
My Real Estate Journey
My real estate career began in 2010 when I started investing in residential properties and managing them hands-on. This experience granted me a deep understanding of the real estate market and the significant potential of real estate investment for wealth generation. To further enhance my capabilities, I obtained my real estate license in July 2019. Alongside Gayle Rosenthal, we formed Rosenthal Realty Services, offering comprehensive realty services and leveraging our combined skills as a team to the benefit of our clients.
Background in Technology and Service
Prior to my real estate ventures, I embarked on a science and technology career starting with the Applied Research Laboratories: University of Texas where I worked in cutting edge technologies such as early adoption of GPS systems, Counter-counter measure for torpedoes, underwater acoustic mapping programs and databases, and battlefield simulation algorithms. I followed this with PSW Technologies, where I emerged as an innovative coder and was promoted to Senior Project Manager. When PSW folded in early 2001 I started with SRA International as a technology professional, I then became a certified project management professional, and managed an on-site team as a Principal Technologies Manager. Later I took on the role of Senior Engagement Manager at Zenoss. There, I was dedicated to enhancing client engagement, ensuring that our team met all client needs and requirements comprehensively.
Military Service
My foundational experiences include serving in the U.S. Coast Guard, where I was primarily engaged in search and rescue missions. These included challenging operations such as tanker fire responses, small boat rescues, and aircraft recovery efforts. After my tenure in the Coast Guard, I continued my service as a sergeant in the Louisiana National Guard.
