David grew up in small town in Alaska where he learned the importance of serving and supporting the local community. He later served in the U.S. Navy, where he developed a strong sense of discipline and commitment. After his service, he returned to Alaska and founded a successful chocolate company in the city of Homer, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit, client-based service, and love of community. David is now proud to call Texas home, where he lives with his two young boys.
His desire for real estate stems from his continued passion to serve, and advocate for, his new community in Texas. With extensive experience in maintaining high property standards and designing effective marketing campaigns, he is passionate about serving the community and has a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape in Temple, Gatesville, and the rest of Bell County.
He holds the National Association of Realtors' Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, showcasing his expertise in assisting senior clients with care, and military families with their PCS.
